BB-Bands™ strives to bring great quality products to all of our athletes. If you ever feel like the product is not living up to its expectations please contact us. For returns, please email us Sales@BB-Bands.com within 30 days. New products will be eligible for a refund. Buyer responsible for return shipping. Refund will be in form of payment used for the purchase. Subject to restocking fee. Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
